One of those days....

It's days like these that make me love my family even more!! My son, Austin, informed me that I was "the coolest mom ever" for taking him to see Hello Destroyer on Friday. My son, Cody, told me that while I embarrass him in front of girls, he's glad I am his mom cuz the other kids think I'm cool. And my daughter, Autumn.... Well.. today... she came over to me, grabbed my hand, kissed my cheek and says "Mommy, I loves you!" I Love days like these...

We spent our Easter weekend hanging with friends and those in the extended family. You know, we all have them... friends that have been through more with us that our own family... friends of our children that might as well be ours because they're here more than I am. 

My wonderful husband got me the most adorable card ever!! It says,

"For the one I love at Easter and always,

The world becomes so beautiful when spring is in the air, and Easter brings God's promise that I'm grateful that we share. but any time of year, I know whatever life may bring, I'll always need your love and you, to me, you're everything... Happy Easter Love, Brian"

I have never cried before after getting a card.. so let me tell you this.. even though I'm a cold hearted bitch most days.. I do have a heart and LOVE MY FAMILY!!!
